HOMOSEXUAL AGENDA - Same-sex marriage block to be tried again!

Taking a page from the homosexual playbook, same-sex marriage opponents refiled with the State of California to get "a state constitutional amendment on the ballot to ban same-sex unions and limit domestic partnership rights."

Just a little more than a week after a previous effort failed "one man + one woman = marriage" folks aim to get their initiative on the June 2006 ballot in order to let the people decide. What's different this time are the restrictions on the "lawmakers and judges" to prevent them "from establishing benefits for domestic partners and interpreting state law to allow same-sex marriage."

As much as I support these people in their efforts I don't see a high degree of probability that they will succeed. In my opinion, the money would be better spent on getting rid of the lawmakers and the judges first.

The voters of California have made their state the laughing stock of the rest of the country by reelecting the very legislators who flip them off after each election by returning to Sacramento and doing whatever they d__n well please. Nope, about as much chance of getting the California legislature to be sensible and be reasonable as there is to get the Korean guy with the silly hairdo to tell the truth.

HOMOSEXUAL AGENDA - There's blindness in them thar hills!

Sometimes it’s downright embarrassing to be from California … I know, it’s a free country, I can move anytime I want. Not so for me!

In ministry, what is true for a lay Christian is not be true for clergy (we believe we’ve been called by God to our positions and locations; we believe only He can call us away).

Committees in the Assembly and Senate rejected constitutional amendments Tuesday that would ban gay marriages and strip away a long list of rights granted domestic partners in recent years.

Randy Thomasson, president of the Campaign for Children and Families said,

"This disturbing display of arrogance against marriage and the voters means average Californians must take matters into their own hands."

I believe the people of this great state can be thoroughly ignored by their legislature because of the way the state’s legislative districts are drawn. It allows liberal and leftist democratic strongholds (San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles), which garner the most representation, to retain a legislative majority in a state where the people’s majority is to right of center and where the majority of the people are decent God fearing people (similar to the red-blue county map of the USA).

I admit the loss but not the defeat!

The cultural psychology of this leads to pressures on voters similar to those felt by the Colonists at the time of the Boston Tea Party … "taxation without representation" is a reality for many of us.

When people begin to feel disenfranchised, grassroots pressure builds and if a path of release for that pressure cannot be found a free people will make one. Sadly this is not always good for the culture or the nation.

Too bad dems are lousy historians and even worse sociologists … what’s the cause of this blindness in their party?

HOMOSEXUAL AGENDA - Trouble in Canadian tundra!

HT: Christian Headlines

Same-sex efforts move forward in Canada.

This is just one of many steps in a series of steps orchestrated by the global homosexual community in Canada. Their goal is to take over (or at least coopt) the culture of our learning disabled neighbors to the North.

Legislation legalizing same-sex marriage came a step closer to reality Wednesday as the House of Commons approved the bill on second reading.

Alex Munter, spokesman for an equal-marriage rights group, rejoiced at the results but said he hopes MPs will make the bill law as soon as possible.

The bill is now being rushed in legislative committee.

In case you've not noticed, the Canadian homosexuals are in a hurry! This is for two reasons:

  1. Their friends in the government are under assualt from conservatives who want their govenment back.
  2. They know if they can settle the issue in Canada, they will have the equivalent of a military beachhead in North America from which to organize and conduct their attack on our culture.
